Dear all

Could you please check the leave message? Should I write like that or write another way?

Sue and I are taking leave on Friday. Ann will be taking both of our places and her duty will be assign at 8:30 to 5:00 pm.

John and I will be changing day off for this week, he will come on Saturday instead of me and I will come on Tuesday instead of him.

Thank you very much.
