I am working S.A. Saipem Ltd Company, I have yearly vacation. Due to operational requirement I availed my vacation four month late. My due date vacation was December 6, 2007 but I availed in April 2008 and arrived May 16, 2008, in this respect my next vacation will be May 16, 2009, but as I was on hold 4 months this year due to company need, I want to go December 6, 2008 based on my December 6, 2007 due date vacation. How can I write an influential letter to HR so, I have to be granted my vacation December, 6, 2008 instead May 16, 2009. Please note that my company gives yearly vacation but due date treating or calculating when we arriving from vacation very first day only.
I will very much appreciated those help me a magic letter to HR.
