Can you tell me what exactly it is? Is it grated lemon peel (wide strips) or is it simply thin lemon wedge (like on a martini glass)?
Thanks

I think it is a wide strip of thin lemon peel, Antonia.

Cocktail recipe

Dubonnet Cocktail
• 1/2 Dubonnet
• 1/2 dry gin
Stir in ice, strain into cocktail glass.
Add optional twist of lemon peel
