Hi, everyone. I have a question about word order.

Let's do it again together.

Let's do it together again.

Which is correct?

Another question is this:

Could the line "Let's do it again together" or "Let's do it together again." be used in so many situations. Does 'do it' have a various meaning so that we can use this at various situations?

For example, after a quarrel with my wife or friends, is it okay to say 'Let's do it again together' to make it up? 'Do it' doesn't really have the meanig of doing something. It is just words like 'hello', 'How's it going?'. So the answer to 'Let's do it again together.' is 'Okay!' or like that.

Thanks.

Let's do it together again is more common, meaning let's both do this another time.

Let's do it again together could be used, but only if you wanted to emphasis the together - as in, let's repeat an action, but with both of us doing it instead of just one.  For example, if you can't get a sum right, your teacher might say, "Let's do it again together"

Neither of these is used after an argument.  You could say:

Let's make up.

Let's put it behind us.

It's over and done with.

Let's forget about it.

We'll let bygones be bygones.

Let's kiss and make up.
