Do you dislike aquariums


Not at all, Paupau-- I just don't have time to think about them very much.  I have in my mind the idea of setting up a large freshwater native aquarium on my veranda, and planting it with native species of plants and keeping native species of fish and other aquatic life.  But daily there are many things to think of-- aquarium, stand, aeration, etc-- and I am usually busy doing other things (like teaching classes or moderating here).

I used to have a quite big aquarium when I was young... Then my parents sold it... Sad [:(]

I don't know exactly what kind of fish they were... I was pretty young indeed... However I'm sure they were tropical fishes...

In my young days,I got gold fishes at several festival.

At Japanese festival, there are a lot of stores which give the game to get gold fise by  a spoon made of papers.

It is too diffcult for children to get active fishes by such a soft tool.

But if you lost to get that, the owner of the store give you two or three fish for your presents.

I used to get that.

Ordinaly, it cost about 1 million yen to get that aquarium.
