As I am getting divorced and I don't know the legal procedures what kind of letter do you think I should write to my lawyer? Thanks in advance for your help.

Oh, I’m sad. But so you won’t suffer financial pain too, maybe search for DIY information on the net. With regard to Massachusetts For example, you can get divorce kits from the net. The kits have all the forms and information you need. There’s another kit from California that’s called no fault divorce. You can save yourself lots of money if you shop around the DIY resources. Where do you live? Is there a citizen’s resource centre you can drop in to?
