Hi everyone,

is there anyone who knows the meaning of the term "Letter Agreement"?

And is there any difference between the above and just "Agreement"?

Thanks very much.

"Letter of Agreement" - a letter setting out the terms of a contract or agreement between two parties.

Agreement or Contract I would expect to require both parties to have signed
