The joint site inspection was/has been conducted on 10 Dec 2005 with the architect, consultant and relevant parties.  That inspection resulted in our requirement to relocate some heaters in the mock-up flats at Tower II.  Please be informed that, based on the modification plan, the new location of the heater in room no.3 will pose some difficulty for any future repairs.  The modification work will involve increased time and costs. The additional work is quantified as below.
