I want to write letter to my employer from last summer holidays, I want to come back to this place.

I know that it's not too formal, but it's the intention, i dont want it to be too official, just to inform in a loose way, that I willingly return to this job if there is a chance.

Can you please correct grammar/style or make some suggestions?

Hello T,
It's D.L., I worked as a waiter at Tre Scalini last year, I hope you remamber me.
I'm going to come back to Philadelphia soon, with some new skills and experience. So if you need any floor staff, you can count on me. I will be ready to rejoin Tre Scalini team with pleasure.
I will be available from June 28th, as soon as I arrive and organize myself, I will call, step by for a litlle chat and to see how everybody's doing.
So for now, I just want to let you know, that there is somebody who will be glad to come back to the old spot.

Best Wishes

Thanks!
Hi,

I think this is a good letter. You're smart to contact your employer in advance of your arrival. I'll make a few suggestions.

Hello T,
It's D.L., I worked as a waiter at Tre Scalini last year,
(period instead of comma) I hope you remamber (remember) me. I'm going to come back to Philadelphia soon, with some new skills and experience. So if you need any floor staff, you can count on me. I will be ready to rejoin Tre Scalini team with pleasure. (Or you could say "I'd really like to rejoin the Tre Scalini team".) I will be available from June 28th, (period instead of comma) as (As) soon as I arrive and organize myself, I will call, step (stop) by for a litlle (little) chat and to (no "to" here ) see how everybody's doing. So for now, I just want to let you know, (no comma here) that there is somebody who will be glad to come back to the old spot.

Best Wishes
