   Can anybody help me to edit this letter? to a short and brief and professional appealing letter. Thanks.

Dear sir,

i have been working hard to contribute as a employee but was treated very unfairly and was terminated without reason.

i need compensation due to the injuries while at work and how you have despise my work and demoralised me ;

1.  a

2.  b

3.  c

You have ignored my appeal for the compensation for 1-3, you have treated me like a barking dog,how shall you as a well reputation company treated a employee in such a manner? Especially you are claiming yourself as a very prospective employer ?looking after the future and welfare of your employee ? instead of professionally manage the employee you have condenmed him into hell. You are a lier to continue telling the world you are good employer. i have been the staff and felt the punch of how your management team carrying your task in dealing in this matter.

If you said i am incompetable, why you as a authority refuse to send me for training while there is free training provided?

Instead you let me handling the labour work and at the end of day you terminate me saying i am not suitable for the job.When you need me i work for you without complaint and after you get in another staff your friend you become very arrogant.And all effort i committed awarded as none when come to bonus time and thereafter without reason terminated me.You take for granted my respect for you as a authority and abuse your power towards a employee in such a way.

if you think you are generous enough to terminate me without giving reason by compensate this little amount $***, you have despise me.i shall said my reputation and effort is more than the little compensation you have given.

Please do not treat people's career so lightly and their moral so lowly.

Therefore if you sincere enough to compensate, please compensate 1 to 3 as stated in above to really rectify the lost and shame i have suffered.

Please justify and be responsible of what you have claimed of what you are to the world, live up to yourself as what you have claimed to be, do not be a lier!

Hi,

This is a very serious and very emotional letter. If I were you, I wouldn't send it. I don't think you will get a good result from it. Instead, have you considered asking a lawyer for advice?

Best wishes, Clive
