Hi there!
I've tried to write a letter of complaint, but I'm not sure it sounds right. I'd be deeply grateful if you shot it a glance and pinpointed the parts of it that need improvement. Thank you in advance :)
Dear Mr. Jason Travel,
I'm writing you to complain about the Australia tour that's offered by your agency. It was nowhere close to that dreamy place described in your brochure!
First and foremost, it failed to deliver "The visit of a lifetime". Not only has it lasted just for ten days instead of twelve as it should've been, but it wasn't where it should have been either! Instead of the Solomon Islands, we were taken to the mainland Australian, a place I've visited before. I assure yo this hasn't made me happy! Nor has the lack of all those facilities that were listed in the brochure! None of us went canoeing, diving or visiting an active volcano; thus the adventurous holiday I paid for became outrageously dull.
On the other hand, it is clearly stated in your agency's policy documents that, if there aren't enough people for a trip and it gets cancelled, I'd be offered a full refund. But no one actually offered me; maybe I would have gone home and haven't wasted my time if I were offered one.
These being said, I request a partial refund of my wrecked holiday and some excuses. You can't possibly treat people this way - dragging them to a place they've visited before because they're under the influence of your advertisements which describe a paradise-like place.
