We have a function out here in our localatiy. For this purpose every year we first take permission from the police regarding this function. I was thinking if I would be asked to write a letter to the police for permission, what should I have wrote. I wrote a letter in this connection. Please Check this letter and also suggest me some good vocabularies which I can replace with my given vocabularies. The second sentence is a bit long.

(Little point about your request. 'Vocabularies' does not mean the same thing as 'words'. Your vocabulary is 'all of the words known and used by you' as an entire group so you can't 'vocabulary' to refer to individual words.)
