Hi all teacher,

Would you please help to correct my grammar for the recommendation letter below. Thank you for your help

To Whom It May Concern:

This is certificate that Ms. Wendy Chan worked at our company as an accountant from 01 March 2007 to 31 May 2008.

She was organized, efficient, and willing to assist with any task. Her cooperative attitude were important and appreciated. She is also a most dependable team player and was always cheerful.

Wendy is relocating to family circumstances, and decision resigned. I highly recommend her to any future employer.

Sincerely,

***
