Please help me to decide how I can write a letter on behalf of my boss to refuse one invitation for conference. I made my draft version: Dear Madame, I am writing to acknowledge receipt of your invitation for Mr. *** to the Conference on 27 March 2008 in Sofia, Bulgaria. He regrets that his schedule for March prevents him from accepting your invitation. He does hope that you may wish to keep him posted regarding future conferences.
