Hi vpz2k,

You have solved how to start a new thread, it seems, since you have done so.

This is the area of the forum for letters so you may find samples that will help you.

Simply write what you would say to the person if that person were on the phone with you (or sitting down with you) as your first draft. Post that in a new thread and someone will help you correct it.
