No one ever admits to invading a country, it's always "liberation". In a war everybody claims to be fighting a defensive war against aggression. In the past, if a country wanted to go to war it invented an "incident" to justify it. Then George Bush invented the "pre-emptive war", i.e. "you haven't attacked me, but you were going to". When they resist it's taken as proof that they were going to attack.
Friendly countries have governments, enemy countries have regimes.
We have agents, others have spies.
We admire the spirit of our soldiers, but not the mentality of the enemy soldiers.
