Hi All

I am new here, found this forum through Google.

I have heard of a 207,000+ letter word to do with chemistry? and am wondering if there is anywhere on the internet where it is reproduced.

Thanks.

Arcxknight - nice post but I just wanted to point out that the 17th 'y' should be an 'i' - minor spelling mistake!Wink [;)]

Is there a very long word which means, "To repeatedly post the same half-a-dozen words on a bulletin board because you couldn't be bothered to read the thread and realise that they had already been posted by someone else, thus perpetuating a thread which should have been over at post six instead of filling up four pages with repetition, and thereby causing me to waste half an hour of my valuable time sifting through the chaff for evidence of wheat."?

Yes there is, but it's not very long: "laziness"!

Fellow posters, please have the courtesy to read your colleagues replies before posting, it's only polite.

In 1974, when I was in the 4th grade, our principal made us learn this word. I am 40 years old and can still remember this word.
