actually, the official longest word would be the chemical name for the largest protein, titin.

it clocks in at 189,819 letters, chemical formula C132983H211861N36149O40883S693.

yeah i actually watched that epsiode....

just incase your wondering how its pronounced...

i cant write it!

but i can describe it... just pronounce each letter in its ... i dont know the word for it

pronounce each letter not AY BEE CEE DEE but the other way...

not OH but O, the very short way of saying it

pronounce the C like you do in "cost" and the o like you do in "fox" see what i mean... very hard

especially the vwrxyz bit!
