Cwm is the only world in the english language that has neither a vowel or a "y" it has something to do with valleys, i can't remember the exact meaning.

you are right amfony

 adding to this, it ('cwm' -valley) was incorporated from Welsh and is pronounced as “coom”. Welsh use the letters ‘w’ and ‘y’ to represent vowels.Smile [:)]

also, another word without a vowel is "nth"
