'Loosened teeth'-- this is correct. 'Loosened' is the opposite of 'tightened'-- made less tight, less restricted.

'I loosened my necktie when I left the office.'


'Loosed teeth' -- this is incorrect. 'Loosed' means completely released, freed.

'The dogs were loosed when we saw the bear, and they chased it up a tree.'
