When a child is hiding from his brothers and sisters and they find him/her would it sound natural for him to say?
-How did you find me?
-What did you do to find me?

Maj,
How did you find me? - most natural for small kids. They are very efficient with words, usually.

I agree completely with MH. The first is by far more natural, but neither is grammatically incorrect.
