Hi folks, magazines are distributed all over the retail outlets. I'm wondering what's the term used for those magazines that weren't sold and returned to its publisher/editor. How do we call those "stucked" magazines?

Thanks in advance.

Though I am not aware of any specific term that exists for such goods, in general they are referred to as 'unsold stock' or 'credit cancels'.

Hi,

Perhaps you might also refer to them simply as 'returns'. Someone not in the magazine business would probably say something like that.

Thanks folks for your reply.

Anybody else with other suggestion?

If this is what really happens, I would agree with Clive and just say "returns".

Are you sure they are returned though?
