Hello, I'm a physician and I want to apply for a job... I have some doubts about the requirements for this job

I worked 1 year withouth payment (Ad Honorem), simultaneously I worked 1 year receiving payment but without bank note, and I have 4 months paid but my contract finished. Here in my country is very difficult  to have a formal payment job.

Please, Help me with the interpretation of this requirement, I don't know if I can apply at this requirement.

You must have six months of full-time training in a classroom setting or twelve months of full-time paid employment, including at least six months of continuous employment with one employer in a field or occupation related to the job you are seeking as a live-in caregiver. You may have gained your training or experience in areas such as early childhood education, geriatric care, pediatric nursing or first aid. You may also have completed your training as part of your formal education. This esxperience must have been obtained within the three years inmediately prior to the day oh which you submit an application for a work permit

Thanks in advance.

Hello, Suricatita

1.  My impression is that you do meet the time requirement.

2. This job is for a live-in caregiver. Generally, someone applying for a job like this would have much less medical training than a physician (medical doctor) has. If you really are interested in this job, it would be worth applying while also looking for other job openings. Depending on the situation, you might be able to use your more extensive training to negotiate higher pay and/or to overcome any reservations someone might have about any perceived lack of paid job experience. If pay isn't specified, it would be good to do some thinking about what amount would be acceptable before you talk to an interviewer. Good luck!
