3. Working history: * Offy company: an outsourcing company for OBS - Orange Business Services:
o Sep 2006:
+ Started to work as a Data Analyst.
+ Responsibilty: analyze, process and feed data for Web[XYZ] back-end. Web[XYZ] is a website that provides automatically prices for network connection worldwide.
+ Optimization: using macros and programming to make it more productive, more time saving and accurate. Reduce processing and reporting time from 2 days to half of a day.
o April 2007:
+ Appointed to be Project Manager for [ABC] team in Vietnam, the biggest team in the company at that time, after 6 months joining the company.
+ The main role of [ABC] is Supply chain management in network connectivity orders. The team is to ensure satisfying customers’ needs (services, lead time to connect), checking billing and providing optimal solutions to OBS.
+ The team is growing up in number, and now has 9 members.

o HM Biotechnologies, Inc in USA:
+ Starting end of 2006, work for HM Biotechnologies, Inc as a web designer.
+ Now: dedicated to customer relationship and having a staff for website maintenance.
o Anh Sang Ltd, family company: specializes in alcohol cookers and tablets.
+ 2002: in charged of product research and development, designed first type of alcohol cooker.
+ 2006: play role of maintenance engineer as upgrade electronic circuits for welding machines and data management in develop an Access application to facilitate order management.
