A clip of Matt Damon is so popular in Youtube in recent days, and people seem to be very happy with his words, but i totally fail to understand what he talked about. Could anyone help?

He is just making good-natured fun of a fellow actor, Matthew McConaughey, who has an athletic body and evidently likes to show it off in movies when he can.  I don't think there is any specific joke in the video that requires explanation, Yau.
