McDonald's happy meal is featuring the incredibles. A purchase of a happy meal is entitled...

I'm stuck. How do you say, McDonald's is currently selling the Incredible toys with a purchase of a happy meal?
I'd like to start with McDonald's happy meal (and if possible, use the word feature though I'm not sure whether it fits)

I think you need to find another example. A Happy Meal (capitalized) comes WITH a toy - you don't purchase it.

You can say "McDonald's Happy Meals are now featuring the Incredibles. Each meal comes with one of six action figures. Meanwhile, the children's meals at Burger King are featuring characters from Surf's Up."
