Watch this clip, and watch what this guy do. Listen to what he says, but it's important that you watch him or his mouth... Keep in mind the sounds you heard, and then play it again but this time close your eyes. Do you still hear the same thing?

I thought I heard a da da in there somewhere the first time.

With my eyes closed it was all ba ba

??

Yeah, that's the point. If you look at his mouth you'll hear dada (or some might hear gaga), but if you close your eyes you'll hear baba.

It is supposed to show how much visual clues can affect auditory perception.

Wow a great one, Kooyeen! Though, I must confess that the first pair sounded as "ba ba" to me even with my eyes open.
