Jean and me enjoyed our meeting

Which one is correct?

"Jean and I" is grammatically correct, since "I" is one of the heads of the subject of the sentence.

"Jane enjoyed our meeting."
"I enjoyed our meeting."

You wouldn't say "me enjoyed our meeting".
