Hello,

1. He  spent all that day, roaming over the house.

What is meaning of "over" here? Does it mean "all parts of the house"?

Thanks.

Hi,

Yes. We also say 'all over', to stress 'everywhere'.

I don't think there should be a comma between day and roaming.
