I cannot grasp the meaning of the 'give in my account' in the below sentence.

Can you tell me what it exactly is?

You must give in my account once a month.

Sorry, there's no context for the sentence was an example sentence in the internet.

The only way it makes sense to me is if "give in" means "give to someone else", or "hand over". (For example, you "give in" your homework to your teacher.)

"account" here could mean a financial account, or any other kind of report.

Perhaps someone is asking you to pay a monthly tribute in order to stay healthy.

To provide a report/account of their properties/activities to some authorities. This is old-fashioned.

You must give in my account once a month.

The problem I have here is with you and my.

I must give in my account once a month.

You must give in your account once a month.

The original sentence, although possible if the person gave you their account to hand in for them, sounds a bit strange.

I agree that the original is strange.
