Hi,

what is the meaning of the word "DARE"?
1) I dare you
I challenge you.

2) How daring are you? How brave/bold are you?

What is the meaning of " Fair enough"? It means 'What you just said seems reasonable and satisfactory'. It's informal.

Best wishes, Clive

Hi,

Yes, derived from 'how do you have the bravery/boldness to  . . .?'
