The doctor is dictating: Three 2-minute preconditioning ischemic stimuli were provided with 2 minutes in between of each of the stimuli.
stimuli is plural. however, in the second part of the sentence where it states, in between each of the stimuli, should I change stimuli to stimulus( singular form).

Hi,
in-between implies that at least two elements are involved. Where there are at least two elements, it’s appropriate to use the plural form of stimulus (stimuli). Therefore, “in between each of the stimuli” is correct. Alternatively, you could say “After Each stimulus”….
