Hi everybody, please tell me whether medicine for aids is invented. if so what is it. how is the process in finding it. and also tell me that whether medicines have invented for cancer and could it be cured in a critical stage.

There are treatments for (but not yet cures) AIDS. They are called anti retro-virals (ARVs).

There are many treatments for cancer and many can be cured. It depends on the type of cancer and the stage it is at. Some cancers have a very good cure rate and others have a very low cure rate.
