Dear Members,

I think it is better to write our decision we took in the last meeting of eSarsoti at Siddartha Cottage, Tinkune.

2. The committee has welcomed Ms Amita Rajbhandari as a new member for the eSarsoti Club.

3. Newsletter/eMagazine – Mr Dahal sir is working on this and is currently looking for content for the newsletter. Once completed, he will circulate it to all eSarsoti members.

4. eSarsoti Website – Mr Karki has developed a proto-type of eSarsoti website. He will give a demo on next eSarsoti meeting.

5. The committee has discussed on the membership fees for the new member.  It was agreed that the revised fee is NRs 200/year. Ms Yosoda will be facilitating to collect the fee and register a new member. She will update about the new members to the eSarsoti committee on weekly basis. Please liaise with her for your registration on the eSarsoti Club.

6. The next General eSarsoti meeting will be at 12:30 PM on Saturday 14 Nov 09 at Valley Guest House, Boudha. The participants need to pay NRs 300/person in advance who will get enough snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. It must be paid by 12 Nov 09 so that we know it in advance how participants will be attending at the event.

7. Please let your friends (especially who are looking to brush up their English) know about the eSarsoti and its forthcoming event of 14 Nov 09. And also explain them about our objectives, why we are doing it etc if needed.

8. Mr Mohan and Ms Jyotshana will be again given a task of MC role at the forthcoming the event if you are content. In future, the MC will be nominated by the club executive boards ONLY.
