Dear friends,
I need help to improve a memo to be sent to my customers regarding about some delivery and ordering. The situation is such that usually on the 29th/30th/31st of each month, most of them would order on the last day of each month so that the invoices will reflect only the 1st or dates of the first week of the month. This month-end spike of orders is quite regular, however it causes a huge backlog of orders that would usually end up with most of the orders backlogged to the next day. How would i go about "educating" the customer of the essentials of ordering in advance and yet not offend them?
I have started a some draft however i am not satisfied with it and i cannot pinpoint it.
Here it goes:

Dear [INSERT PERSONALIZE SALUTATIONS]:
DELIVERY TIMINGS
We have noticed, before the 1st week of every month, there will be a sudden spike of orders rushing to be sent by the 1st week of every month. You will notice delivery timings to be pushed back as late as the following work day in this period of time.
By planning your orders earlier in advance, it would shorten the amount of time taken to process your orders among the rest of the customer who have ordered in the same period. This would ensure that we will be able to deliver your orders on time.
Therefore, we seek your understanding in this matter.
Yours Sincerely,
Mr. Daniel Koh
