I couldn't figure the term clearly but I guess it refers to the "honor killing".

It's the most savage practice still in existence specially in Muslim countries and mostly in the  Pakistan. When a female goes against the values of the family or gets marraige against the will of the male members in the family they kill the women and there was a news on the media last few weeks when the  elder daughter eloped with her boy friend the father called her telling he'd accept the man she's with and when everyone was asleep he killed all the daughters  thinking they will go against his will and she too will dishonor the family.  This is the ' honor killing' in Pakistan.

It happens frequently and the government doesn't support the victims as it needs the ammunitions and atomic power to support the nation, it's what the president Musharaf said on BBC few years back, he further added, without Pakistan, there will be no Pakistani so the government's concern goes to the national securiy first.

Well, the term you asked certainly is refering to euthanasia, as KF told.

But whatever, the thing is, if the person himself wants then it should be done but he must be told the things clearly.
