Point of contact -- using opportunities to build relationships with people -- Are you referring to something called the "point of contact method", which operates as described? If so, then this seems OK to me. (Otherwise, in its standard sense, "point of contact" does not seem like a "method".)
Lecture (why not 'Lectures'?? if it is countable) -- a "method" should be suggestive of an activity (i.e., "doing something"), so I think "Lecturing" might be better here.
Large and small groups -- To me, this doesn't describe a "method".
Impression and expression -- Without more context I'm not sure about this one.
A "criterion" is, to quote the COED, "a principle or standard by which something may be judged or decided". I am not sure if any of the items in your list are "criteria" in the sense that I understand the word. They seem to be merely factors that may influence the outcome of whatever it is you're discussing. However, without further context it's hard to be sure.
