Recently Mexican goverment sent soldiers, water, food, etc. to help in USA because the Catrina's disaster, however  there are lot of people in Mexico needing urgent help because they lost everything because floods too,  but they haven't got the aid so, who should Mexican goverment help  first? But  I'm sure you agree that we cannot rule out a feeling of compassion as well. Certainly those involved in helping thos in distress are not all thinking politically.   Radrook
