Hello
You MAY feel tired after taking this medication.
You MIGHT feel tired after taking this medication.
I MAY be able to help you.
I MIGHT be able to help you.
Could someone tell me if it makes any difference using may or might in above sentences.
Thanks in advance.

The difference is the strength. May is stronger than might.

1. I may go to the party tomorrow.

2. I might go to the party tomorrow.

The degree of certainity is higer in the first one than the second one.
