I'm not quite sure what you mean, but it certainly assumes that there are mistakes in the sentence, so I suppose it takes a negative attitude.

'Fix any mistakes' would be neutral. There may or may not be mistakes in the sentence.

Oh, sorry, I thought your second sentence was asking the question about the first sentence Smile [:)] .

Not quite, you have the wrong determiner and you would be better off with commas. Also, as a question, it should end with a question mark.

I think both sentences are grammatically correct. But I would not use "fix" in this context, it's too informal for me.
