Yes, they still use it. It's bigger than the one in your picture. It was built in the 19th century when Finland was a grand duchy of Tsarist Russia. I'm sorry it took me so long to reply. That is because I didn't get an e-mail from this forum. I used to get them but things have changed. Peculiar things are going on on these forums.

That depends on what you consider old. Helsinki is less than 500 years old. Turku is older. It was the capital up to 1812.
