Most useful certificate for the Philippines

A question for my Filipino Friends (and for anyone living in the Philippines): Which certificates - apart from a college or university degree - will open the most doors in Manila? There are the CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, TESL, etc. certificates - but what would be the most useful?
(I'm a native-English speaker with 9 years of experience as a freelance English teacher.)
