Hello, I am looking for one who can crosscheck my motivation letter as soon as possible, because I've leant that deadline is earlier, so S.O.S. ! Wink [;)]

Dear Sir/Madam,

I’ll be graduating from Department of Theology at Uludag University by July 2005. I’ve been studying theology with a variety of social sciences since High School. During my education I dealt not only with theology, but I’ve always tried to use an interdisciplinary method in order to able to combine the relationship between different cultures and different religions. I’ve always tried to be aware what’s going on in the world. It also enriched me by showing the backgrounds of the events. I participated at Erasmus Exchange Programme in Catholic University of Leuven in my last year of undergraduate degree. By that, I aimed at deepening my knowledge about Christianity that is a key to understand the Europe.

I’ve a background on Islam, Christianity and, other major religions exist in the Europe. I’ve taken courses in the fields of different social sciences. By those courses, I gained a general knowledge that helps me to compose different elements and to distinguish cosmopolite structures. The courses I’ve taken here improved my abilities involved, because it was based on a different background. So, I had a chance to learn practically what being European means and what a variety of differences Europe has.

I believe in that within this programme, I will improve my understanding about dealing with the different elements without being unfair none of them. This will be a great step to grasp the similarities and differences Europe and Turkey have. By that, I will have a deep knowledge on the process of acceptance of Turkey. I am sure that by my outside view, the courses will be more international that the programme aims.

Sincerely,

Dear Sir/Madam,

I’ll be graduating from the Department of Theology at Uludag University by July 2005. I’ve been studying theology with a variety of social sciences since High School. During my education in theology, I always tried to use an interdisciplinary method to allow me to combine the relationships between different cultures and religions. I’ve also always tried to be aware of the actuality in the world. It enriched me by showing the backgrounds of the events. I participated in the Erasmus Exchange Programme in Catholic University of Leuven in my last year of undergraduate degree (maybe state the year, is it recent or not?). Through this experience, I aimed at deepening my knowledge about Christianity, which is a key to understand Europe ( to understand many social and religious issues in Europe).

I have a background in Islam, Christianity and other major religions existing in Europe. I have taken courses in the field of different social sciences. By these courses, I gained a general knowledge that helps me to compose different elements(such as?? you can specify some) and to distinguish cosmopolite structures. The courses I have taken improved my abilities involved because they were based on different backgrounds (I don't really understand what you mean by this sentence though). Consequently, I had a chance to learn about the identity of Europeans and about the variety of differences in this continent .

I believe that within this programme, I will improve my understanding about dealing with the different elements without being unfair to some of them. It will be a great step to grasp the similarities and differences between Europe and Turkey . By that, I will have a deep knowledge in the process of acceptance of Turkey in the European Union. I truly believe that thanks to my outside view, the courses will be more international that the programme aims( here again, I don't quite understang your meaning).

Sincerely,

Here's Amandine's version with some minor tweaks:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I will be graduating from the Department of Theology at Uludag University in July 2005. I have been studying theology and social sciences since high school. During my education, I have always tried to use interdisciplinary methods, which allow me to combine the relationships between different cultures and religions. I have also always tried to be aware of the real world. I participated in the Erasmus Exchange Programme at Catholic University of Leuven in the last year of my undergraduate degree in [year]. Through this experience, I deepened my knowledge about Christianity, which is a key to understanding many social and religious issues in Europe.

I have a background in Islam, Christianity and other major religions existing in Europe, and I have pursued several social science courses, through which I have gained a general knowledge that helps me to compose different elements and to distinguish cosmopolitan structures [THIS IS VERY VAGUE; CAN YOU SAY IT CONCRETELY AND SIMPLY, PLEASE].  Through them, I have had a chance to learn about the multiple identities of Europeans and about the range of differences on this continent .

I believe that this programme will be a great step toward my grasping the similarities and differences between Europe and Turkey, and will help me understand the process of the acceptance of Turkey into the European Union.

Sincerely,

(Altogether, too wordy, Nimet-- I have cut it down considerably-- you never want the reader to catch you repeating yourself or rambling beyond what is necessary and effective.)  Good luck gaining admission.  Let us know how successful you are.
