What are the competitive advantages that you possess over the other classmates who also want to join this Disney Culture Representative Program?

“Welcome to our family….”that’s the lyrics which touches my heart during my first visit at Hong Kong Disneyland.  Undoubtedly, Disneyland is a place full of joy, laughter and brings entertainment to people of all ages.  During these 50 years Walt Disney has brought happiness to people from all over the world. That’s the reason why I would love to be a part of Disneyland and help the others to live their dreams.

I love chatting with different people, my cheerful personality always brings laughter to my friends and I love interactions between people. To maintain a healthy life I used to join different kinds of outdoor activities in my spare time. My favorite sport is the athletes; I specially enjoy the time with my partners on the track and we co-operate with each other’s. I am independent as well as cooperative in a team. I work hard and I play hard.

On the other hand, the experiences in both trackside and F&B catering at Hong Kong Jockey Club acquire me the practical knowledge in both fast food and restaurant operation.  I really enjoy the time dealing with customers, and they are always impressed by my sense of responsibility and attentiveness.  I encountered different problems and try the best to solve them.  I learnt to communicate effectively with clients and developed my ability to work independently. In addition, I have experience in customer service while working for Roxbury Auction House during the last summer.  I was responsible to serve customers from different class and even international traders.  My concentration and enthusiasm was highly appreciated by both the employers and customers.  With my cheerful personality, they believe that I have got the ability to influence the others around me no matter my colleagues or the customers.

This program is what I treasure and long for.  It would really be my pleasure to grab hold of this opportunity to enrich my experience and broaden my mind.  I am confident that I can be an active, open-minded and useful staff of your team. I believe the combination of my academic background and practical experience will help me to contribute to the ongoing success of Disneyland during I join the Culture Representative Program.
