Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to apply for the Bachelor Exchange Programme at the University ***

I graduated in June 2006 from high school and entered the *** Academy of Economics. My specialization focuses on trade and commodity.  During my studies at the university I have been taking courses devoted to chemistry, physics, commerce, economics, finance and credit, marketing and management. I develop my skills in areas of foodstuffs and manufactured goods for trade enterprises, customs offices, committees of consumers’ rights protection. But I feel necessity to improve my skills on the field of business and economics.  I find Faculty of Economics and Business Administration in *** very interesting for study.  I am interested in learning Administrative Science, Marketing, and Management and Organization. Areas of strength in teaching include administrative systems and their comparison, strategy in entrepreneurial and public operations, leadership and management, client-orientedness in services, quality systems, human resources management and marketing design, management and leadership. I hope to use my knowledge in getting Master’s Degree. Last year I attended a course given by American professor. They were devoted to different aspects of contemporary Management. This course provided me with deeper insight in this field and made me want to focus my additional study on Management. Moreover, I have passion for traveling, experiencing new cultures and studying foreign languages. My final year of high school I spent as exchange student in the Netherlands. This experience influenced my development into a broad-minded person as it, no doubts, perfected my English language skills. I am quite fluent in English. Besides, I have studied German in school. And I would like to stay in multinational environment once more.  I believe that with my studies I have a solid foundation in trade and commodity but through the Exchange programme I hope to develop expertise in international studies focusing on Administrative Science, Marketing, and Management. The comprehensive academic programme, international reputation and multicultural environment combined with a location in one of the most beautiful places in the world are my reasons for applying to the University ***. In conclusion I would like to express my hope that you will give my application careful consideration. I looking forward to hearing from you, Yours sincerely, ***.
