My blabbing...

I post some words to a forum this morning, which cause a big misunderstanding.  I just try to express myself in English by instinct, but, however, de facto, English is not my native language. I am wondering if a person who do not live in a Native English Speaking Area is able to learn/use English well? Hmm, I don't know, I hope you guys could understand what I'm blabbing about...after all, languages are just tools for communication. :D

Forgiving my poor English and correcting me unmercifully :)

Yes, you can learn English well, but you must realize that it is particularly difficult to communicate accurately on blogs and forums, in chat rooms and elsewhere in cyberspace.  You must be extra careful, extra considerate and extra polite, compared to face-to-face conversation.  You might want to google 'NETIQUETTE' for some advice.
