I realize my behavior was self-destructive, would prohibit my future goals, and would stop me from contributing to society. I have no desire to spend another night in jail for a senseless act on my part. The time, money and burden i placed on my family was a consequence i do not want to repeat.

I will be attending a trade school and looking forward to a more positive future. Here is my chance to improve my life, with the most important aspect being a respectable career trade, i have been adequatley needing. I understand that the charges may constrain my availability for much desired job opportunities.

I am sure as District  Attorney, you want to assure the right penalties, in regards to my case. In hopes that this letter is affective in your decision to my consequence.
