Hi
I made some sentences, but I am not sure whether they are right or not.
If you find something wrong in Grammar or vocabulary, help me check them.
Thank you very much.84
1.Technological innovations certainly enable most countries to make significant
progress concerning economy, military, medical care, and standard of living.
But, human beings fail to make use of technologies innovation to create a peaceful
and prosperous world.

2. With the end of the Cold War, America has to face another urgent problem:
the plan of the global counter-terrorism. Huntington proposed that the theory of
The Clash of Civilization in 1993 proved by the September 11 attacks.
This strongly highlighted the antagonisms between the United States and Islamic countries.

3.  The reason why the poverty of gap between developed countries and undeveloped ones
has been growing and widening is that both governments and businessmen of the first world
countries take advantage of their diplomatic power, great wealth, and modern technology to
exploit the third world countries’ laborers and natural resources.

The only thing wrong here is the word technologies. Consider replacing it with technological.

I can't tell what you mean in the second sentence. It's very jumbled and isn't grammatically correct.
I would remove the plan of the in the first sentence and change antagonisms to antagonism in the third sentence.

has been growing and widening is that both governments and businessmen of the first world

If you remove the first of, then this one is fine. Good work.
