One never knows, these days. I would say "Jesslyn" is definitely a girl, but I could be wrong. "Comy" I've never heard in my life, could go either way. "Joey" is traditionally a boy's name, but could also be a nickname for "Josephine," and really anything ending in an "EE" sound is fair game for a girl. "Emely" might be an alternative spelling of "Emily," which is a traditional girl's name. "Jeoly"---never heard, never hope to. Maybe you meant "Joely" which would be an attempt to feminize "Joel," I suppose, which is a traditional boy's name. Or it could be a term of endearment for a boy named Joel, similar to "Pauly" for "Paul" or "Charlesy" for "Charles."
