Are all the names that are capitalized proper names?

As a side point, it seems to me that some proper names are not at par with other weighty proper names. I am seeing so many proper names being used in writing and, it is hard to discern which ones are worthy of the greater attention. Help.

They should be but you will often find people capitalising when they shouldn't. That is probably the source of your confusion. Even native speakers can get this wrong.

Thank you.

I have a sentence below. Do you think the sentence illustrates some outer limit people will go in using  proper names as they think fit?

The proper Product - should be for a proper Price at the proper Place with the proper Promotion.
